Hey guys & gals ! I am back! I had a lot of stuff going on the past couple of weeks and really just needed time to soak in all the time I had with family! PLUS I MOVED! Isnt that cool??? So thats another reason why I was MIA! I was busy unpacking! 💕 I’m all unpacked now, just decorating and getting things I need for my apartment! It’s a lot more fun than I imagined!
I had a reader ask me how I plan my workouts, so I figured I would share that in a blog, I was going to type it out, but then I thought, nahhh I think the video form will be better, so I’m just going to add it below!! I’m sorry it’s poor quality and has choppy bits here and there, but I think I’m getting better and better lol:
